    NURSING DIAGNOSTICS
    I consider this diagnosis would remain for the clinical manifestations presented by the patient .
    Dx
    Decreased cardiac output related to myocardial contractile dysfunction manifested by tachypnea , tachycardia and dyspnea.
    Objective:
    To improve cardiac output.
    Keep nursing interventions
    The patient in bed rest ; physical and emotional , value and systolic pressure differential ; assess signs of low cardiac output ( state of consciousness, cold skin , facial pallor, capillary nail filling, alternating pulse).
